Instructions for Dish Network:
- Press and hold the clear "TV" button at the top of your remote. Release this button when all the clear buttons flash red. (See fig. 1)
- Enter the 3 digit code for the model of your T.V. Codes can be found here.
- Press the "#" button, the "#" button is beside "0".
- Try some functions with your remote to see if it works with your TV.
(Volume, Power, etc...)
- If the code you entered does not work, return to step 1 and at step 2, try a different code from the list. If none of the codes work, try to do a search. Instructions can be found here.

Instructions for DirecTV:
Programming instructions vary by remote model. You can find remote manuals and TV manuals here. Please be aware that the remote codes provided in the Dish Network instructions may not work DirecTV remotes. If you would like to try them, add a "0" to the beginning of the code. Again, these codes may not work with DirecTV remotes.
