24-HOUR SERVICE RESPONSE OFFERED BY ONE-STOP COMMUNICATIONS

LEWISTOWN, PA –
As of February 1, One-Stop Communications began offering their satellite TV customers with a 24-hour service call response for all service related issues with DishNetwork and DirecTV satellite TV service.
While it is unusual for satellite TV customers to experience service interruptions, One-Stop Communications has created a way for customers to get help when they do. Customers now have the option of calling One-Stop’s after hours answering service in the event that they have a satellite television service issue. An on-call service technician will respond within 24 hours.
“Twenty-four hour support for service related issues should be today’s service standard, and we want to make sure our customers receive the best service possible”, says Michael Buffington, owner of One-Stop Communications. The 24-hour service call response is also available to customers with business phone systems.
